You know, it's weird, but my hubby and I started the marriage trend among our group of friends. Within a year of us getting married, everyone else was married or engaged. It was just kinda like they all went, "Huh. Yeah, maybe it's time to start looking for someone..."

Damn....everyone's getting married on Atlantis huh? Either way...I LOVE IT! And you really know how to get a reader to go quickly into shock....one minute I'm all "OH! Miko's got a ring" and the next I'm "OMG! RODNEY!"

Just two couples! Seriously, our group of friends all went through marriages really close together, just sort of like, "Well, I guess it's time to settle down now that so-and-so and such-and-such are doing so." It seems to happen that way. And the hubby and I had a very close friend who got kind of jealous of all the time we were spending together, very much like John in this story, and then kinda got over it and went out and pursued someone he'd met that had piqued his interest and ended up marrying her within a year of us marrying.

Oh, and your wish is my command. More has been posted!

I think it's adorable though. I mean if Rodney gets to find love and settle down, so should John...I mean his best friend's off being happy with his significant other...it's his turn!
