Independent Atlantis saves Earth from Wraith

Hello,

I'm searching for a fic where an independent Atlantis sends a ship to fight the wraith and save Earth.  The IOC tries to hold McKay and Sheppard hostage with an Ori device.  Weir comes through the gate for talks.  At the end, Jeannie, her children, and Sheppard's family go to Atlantis.
