All votes are counted and voting for the Last Fic Writer Standing Challenge 1 Round 9 is closed. All authors are now revealed and the feedback to the individual posts are unscreened. These fics are now released to be posted elsewhere by the respective authors.

I'm glad mine negative vote was given but it does raise a question. If the person who votes a negative is 'wrong' and they're the ones that misunderstood the prompt...should their reason for voting count?

I'm asking for future rounds since votes have been so close.

Also one of my positives doesn't belong to my story and I'm not sure if they listed my fic wrong or if it was counted wrong, or if the comment was mixed up because my story did not involve a clone of Carson and I wanted to make sure they got thier credit.

I'm referring to “It was hard to pick a favorite or a least favorite this round because I thought all the stories were pretty well done. Yours got my least favorite by default because either I misunderstood the directions for the challenge or you did, but I thought that all characters had to be medical personnel (even the OCs) and yours weren't."

OCs didn't have to be medical people.

About the reason for voting being wrong. Yes, if the reason is a result of the voter misunderstanding the prompt, the vote will not be counted and I'll send a PM to the voter to fix it.

Thank you. I love the crit, and I don't want people to get the wrong impression about my question. I've taken all my negative votes and have been using them as useful tools. All the constructive feedback has been very, very helpful and don't want to discourage people listing their reasons.

Thank you for clearing it up and congrats to all the writers and big props to those who are reading and voting.

This has been a lot of fun. Tough, but fun :-P
