1. Can anyone point me towards any Sam Carter or Jeannie POV fics. Background Mckay/Sheppard would be a huge bonus.

1. This is a really cracky longshot but 1. got me wanting fic with a Sam the whale POV - does such a thing exist?

For the whake POV: The only one I know is a very old, but unfinished, story here http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2774571/1/Whale-Song . Porthos abandoned all her WIPs after some very nasty comments regarding another story. Sorry I can't help you further.
