First of all the guy thinks dogs are deaf and yells at the poor thing. There's not much worse than awful neighbours. It really can drive me homicidal. Good on you for spotting they were piggybacking on your net connection. These things should always be password protected.

Our other neighbours were fine, it's just this couple they don't have any respect! But I'll probably start acting like the way they are. Nice metal music near 12am would be a nice lulaby for them :D
