New Promos

The Sci-Fi channel has begun airing a second trailer for season five. Again they have for some unknown reason decided to include irrelevant footage from previous seasons including clips of Torri Higginson despite the fact that she will not be appearing in season five. Still this is slightly longer than the first trailer. Once again a big thank you

Oh Thank you for finding and posting these. I heard a rumor that there was a second trailer, but could not catch it on ScFi. I actually like the superfan videos more. They at least have season 5 clips. What is with those old clips?

Unfortunately I think its another sign of how little effort Scifi are putting into promoting the show.

Including clips of Weir is downright misleading. I suspect that the people who make the promos have never seen an episode of the show and have no idea who is in the cast or what the plotlines are so they probably didn't realise that including her would be so irrelevant to the new season.

As for the line about Teyla's son being a "prophet" well JM seemed a little perplexed by that on his blog so I guess that's just something else Scifi have messed up on. :(
