What's the preferred length of time you'd want the pinch hit for the pinch hit in? (omg yes I am actually considering writing again)

There isn't - it's part of Santa Madness, which is the post just before this one made about five mins before ::g:: - so basically it's a case of 'hey, write whatever prompts you want for whomever you want for Santa Madness, but it would be very cool if some people wrote for these people in particular'.

No min word count. And Santa Madness ends 1 Jan.

You can do it for whoever you want. Doesn't even have to be a pinch hitter - there's no requirement except to pick someone's prompt and write it for them.
