I really liked this, especially John's protective streak. That really rang true for me, because my now-husband's best friend did something similar when we were in the early days of our relationship. Nice job!

There are so many points of "WIN!" in this fic. It's got the sweet (loving Rodney just how he is!!). It's got the pretty Atlantis (loved your description of the light in the hologram room, with the varying tones). It's got protective!John (absolutely adored that moment over lunch).

You've written a wonderful Rodney/Jennifer piece here, and I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for sharing this. :)
