No, no, no! This is NOT how it works. You are supposed to get gifts for your birthday, not give them.

:thoughtful: On this other hand, if you'd stuck to this rule - I wouldn't have had this marvelous story to read. So, go ahead, be a rule-breaker.

Man, I'd pay money to get to watch them fly down the slope on their sleds!

Thanks for the present, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ♥

Giving gifts for your birthday is a very longstanding Hobbit tradition. Thank you so much for this.

Happy Birthday.

It's also a Dutch tradition, or at least one we practised as school kids back in Amsterdam in the '80's ;-)
ETA: oops! I can't type today!

Rodney is indeed badass - the rest are the best of friends too. Great story and Happy Birthday!

*giggles* I wrote the whole thing so Rodney could be badass. Glad you liked it! And thank you for the well wishes.

Great fic, made me tear up a little there, and cool twist on what initially seems to be an AU 'verse!
John's final line is what really makes this rock though, because yes! Go to Pegasus = discover Rodney is bad-ass!
Happy birthday & best wishes!

OMG, I love this! I love John making friends with Rodney, Ronon being a librarian, Teyla from a country that has coups all the time (and Rodney being so impressed with that!) and Kolya being the school bully. As if he'd be anything else. And John, reliving his mother's death, but having friends to help him this time around. &hearts

It's absolutely perfect.

Thank you for sharing. And happy birthday. :oD

Oh, thanks, I'm so glad you liked it. I've wanted to write a high school au, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity.

Thank you for the well wishes!
