Thank you! They're cute when they're having fun :) even if it takes a little wine to get the fun going!

I love it! Though now I'm trying to figure out which patter song Rodney sang. Perhaps Modern Major General?

Aha! Thank you! Yes, that's the one that was in my head, except that it was being patchy at me and confusing itself with that infernal nonsense Pinafore ;) (and [shamefaced look] it was late & I wanted to get this posted so I didn't go investigating to confirm what I was after).

I have a whole backstory about why Rodney knows that song, and why John's familiar with G&S (an ex-girlfriend - the same one that introduced him to TMBG, except he actually liked TMBG and he found G&S a bit boring. He thought the patter songs were kind of fun, though.)

"We need to think about the diplomatic possibilities of karaoke."

John, I'm pretty sure that should be "karaoke with a lot of fruit wine"!!! I've heard karaoke sober - it's not nearly as culturally enlightening!

This was very fun!

Yeah, karaoke is definitely better with a little of the boozes :)

Glad you enjoyed!
