Wow! I'm not always into these type of fics, but yours is really good! I love the idea of writing in a book but no one looking at what has been written. Very moving.

I was worried this was going to be a deathfic for John. It still brought tears to my eyes though.

I really like this idea instead of a list -- actual remembrances, expressed, shared or not. Very evocative.
