What he had not realised was how much, in a place with big windows and long corridors with good sightlines, people relied on visual cues to judge their privacy. )

Fantastic read. And a wonderful insight into human behaviour. I like the way you developed the themes. Thanks for sharing.

I really enjoyed this -- Radek's response to the situation felt very true to character.

Really nicely done. It sounded very much like how Radek would feel in that situation, and I liked how you showed both the upsides and downsides of being an involuntary creepy-Ancient-type voyeur.

Thank you! Radek always comes across to me as a thoughtful, considerate sort of person (even if he is well-able to stand up to Rodney!), who would hate being put in that sort of situation.

laughs so hard at the 'Ancients were creepy little voyeurs bit!' heh. Poor Radek, yea a huge city, not many people, I can see them relying on sight lines for privacy. LOL at Radek teasing Rodney at the end.

Well, I think if you work with Rodney you need to be prepared to grab any advantage you can get :) Glad you enjoyed it!
