Well hello possibly-unintentional Vision of Escaflowne crossover! :D I don't know if you meant to do it or not, but seeing a story where Atlantis=people with wings they can make disappear applied to SGA makes we want to see what kind of guymelef Rodney and Radek would make, and argue for the crystals the Ancients used as being refined Floating Rock, and the ZPMs as magically-expanded dragon hearts... :D
