My husband has a theory that that is something that started off behind the scenes and made it onscreen. (He thinks the pier scene was the same thing -- they were screwing around in rehearsal and that fantastic last little bit came out of that and someone said "HEY! PERFECT!" -- but that's just us. *grin*)
