Oh man. How creative, and how totally, beautifully eerie. I love how you write Radek, by the way -- only one paragraph of dialogue, but you nailed his voice.

Great job.

Oh, wow, thank you so much! ^_^ I'm so glad you liked it! And I adore Radek, so I always love hearing I got him right. (That also probably explains why he showed up, too...)

Wow, that was great...definitely a unique way to kill a character, and I love Radek's cameo. ;-D "like the evil drone he is"...perfect.

Nicely done... for a death!fic that is, of course. Interesting perspective of the other scientists who know that, while Rodney berates them, he really is as brilliant as he says he is and their lives depend on him.

Thank you so much! I really do think it's something you'd have to see-- especially if you were there from the beginning, back when there was no safety net, no way out. He's who they turn to, when there's no room for error, and science was never about proof; there is no real proof in science, that's why they use calculus, with its 'limits as x approaches' and as close as we can get. If there's not a way to prove it wrong, it isn't science: so when there's no room for error... that's not a job I'd ever want. And he's self-centered and he whines and he manages it, the impossible demands and the pressure, all the time, and if you realized half of what's going on around you, you'd have to appreciate that.

*cough* Heh. Sorry. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

This was wonderfully done. Not one extra word, but perfectly handled.

Thank you so much for sharing and please! Write more!

Oh, wow, thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it, and thank you so much for the encouragement! I doubt I'm gonna stop writing fanfiction anytime soon, but it's really heartening to hear. ^_^

This is kind of gorgeous and terrifying and heart-breaking all at once. And it feels like this is the truth of the Pegasus galaxy, beautiful new things that can destroy everything if you're not careful.

Oh, wow, thank you so much. And the worst part is there isn't any way to predict it, not always, not even usually... Ask all the right questions, take all the right precautions, have all the right intentions, and there's still always something that'll slip through. You can only hope it'll be something you'll know how to mitigate... And if it isn't, well... here we are. *sigh* Now I'm depressed. ^^

Thank you so much for the lovely review. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
