"Mily moy!" This was a lovely diversion itself. I did enjoy Rodney's mental editorial on the City's willingness to cater to Sheppard. Rodney's voice here was canon indeed, prickly on the surface and caring beneath. I loved the reference to Affinity and liked the thought that Sheppard now has a favorite blanket. I do hope Rodney doesn't try to experiment on it. And although I would love to know how and why Sheppard wound up on that failing balcony, I'm holding out for Impulse and Manipulation. Soon, right? :-)
