Very nice, thank you! So often, Halling is set up as the 'bad guy'. I like the perspective here. And Sheppard as the mischevous son of the Ancients, that's a fun image. :)

I like this -- Halling's perspective is a wonderful tool to tell the story from.

While well-shaped, this feels rather unpolished; I think pasting into livejournal must have eaten half your punctuation marks or something.

And the image of the Tellurians as young Ancients who don't know better yet amuses me. Greatly.

This was very well done. Halling was such an interesting character, but they pretty much dropped him as one after 38 minutes. Guess TPTB didn't want to deal with *gasp* cultural exchanges beyond Teyla. I like how this fills that gap.

That was lovely. I could not help myself but smiling about Halling thinking that here "
Perhaps that is it; perhaps they are young ancestors who do not know better yet. That would explain why they didn’t know of the Wraith-their parents were shielding them."
about John and Carson. And I fully agree here with kuonji14 and vipersweb. And I really would like more of it if possible. Would be interessting to see how Halling would react to Jack O'Neill as his gene is as strong, maybe even stronger who knows, as John's. Would he see him as some older brother to John or something akin to that.
