*g* I love Rodney's interruptions, how at first he was so sarcastic and disbelieving, but then gets sucked in 100%. Yowza.

oh, I'm really glad the double layers came through for you. I had fun playing with that. You know what I like to really obssess over, though? John! I keep re-imagining what he is actually saying/doing to Rodney. The way I wrote it, the words of the story are what he is thinking only, so we have to extrapolate. I keep imagining what part of the fantasy he's actually sharing with Rodney, and what part he's keeping in his head, because I don't think he would share everything. The fantasy is his, after all, not his and Rodney's. In fact, once Rodney really gets into it, I even had John backing off, making his 'fantasy' Rodney not as raw and needy as even the real one -- because I think he just couldn't handle that...

Hee, yeah, I had the impression that it was John's fantasy instead of it being their's both. Rodney's earlier sarcastic interruptions helped with that ^.^

I confess I spent too much time imagining what they were both doing while the fantasy's being played out... ^^;;
