Oh, this was very good. Shocking ending. Poor Rodney, what a way to end what he thought was the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

Thank you. Poor Rodney didn't see it coming at all.

Ouch!

I really like that Rodney wanted to yell at Maeve, but then didn't. That's very Rodney. *sighs*

Yes, even though he was furious, he let her have some peace. Thanks for commenting.

Oh no! But I can see how they'd have acquired such a reputation.

I keep wondering what their actions look like from the outside, especially when distorted by rumors and gossip. People talk; talk spreads.

I think they'd be totally oblivious of how they might be perceived.

I really like this fic. It's nicely twisted. It could totally go down this way. Poor Maeve...

I'm glad you liked it. I feel more sorry for Rodney. I think he'd feel responsible for the wohle thing.

Ok, I didn't see that coming at all. And yes, from some outsiders pov, the Lanteans do seem to be a force to be reckoned with- anyone who comes across them gets to be killed and worlds destroyed. Hey, they're worse than the Wraith! lol

Intriguing story. Thanks for sharing! :)

Thank you for commenting. I do think too many of the societies they run into suffer horrible fates. Coincidence?
