I think 'atmospheric' is the word of the day; however, that makes it no less apt. These are fantastic. Each one is quite evocative in its own right. I think the way you've blended the textures and images and the particular images you chose go a long way to creating this certain brooding quality that is very much a part of both of these characters. Well done!
