Some of you may remember the drabble tag we did
in January. Well, it was such a success that we've decided to do another one. :) For those of you who don't quite remember how it was done, and for any new members, the FAQ and guidelines are listed below.
FAQ
What is Drabble tag?
Drabble tag is quite simple. People will comment to the "drabble tag" posts via comment with 2 to 4 prompts (i.e. Ronon and Jennifer, cake or Ronon and Jennifer share their first kiss).
Another person comes along, picks one of the prompts and writes a drabble/ficlet in response. At the end of the their drabble/ficlet they will write their 2 to 4 prompts and the cycle continues.
What if I don't write fic but still want to post prompts?
You are still welcome to participate! Just leave a new comment with your prompts. You are not required to return the favor.
What if someone already responds to a prompt that I wanted to respond to?
There is no limit on how many times one prompt can be done or how many you do. So write away!
What if it ends up being longer than a drabble/ficlet?
It must be able to fit in a comment.
What about future rounds?
If it proves to still be popular, (as in we get enough people interested and participating), we will likely hold more rounds in the future. It might also become more themed from time to time rather than an anything goes type format.
How did this come about?
It was inspired by
merlin_tv's very own drabble tag -- which was/is a lot of fun! All the credit goes to them for this coming about here, :)
Guidelines
1. Our second Drabble Tag is another "Anything Goes" -- meaning anything goes as far as what you write.
2. The drabble/ficlet must be able to fit into one LJ comment.
3. All ratings are welcome but must be labeled.
4. Spoilers must be labeled (there is a chance some people haven't finished the current season yet).
5. You are welcome to use other characters but the main focus should be Ronon and Jennifer.
6. Please be respectful of other members.
7. Make sure that you have fun with it! :)
If you are confused on something or have a question, feel free to PM me (
nytel) or
carpenyx and we will get back to you as soon as possible. I will be turning off comment notification for this post since I have (embarassingly enough) yet to finish the last few episodes. For some awesome examples of how this works please check out the
last drabble tag we did.
Have fun!
