you arent going to hell for lack of faith in my opinion. bc everyone has weaknesses adn yours is that u just dont believe things... in ways that is a strength. but i really dont think that faith outdoes goodness in gods eyes. you can live like a christian and not be one and "be" a christian and live horribly... it works both ways. whatever... gotta run! <3 court

yeah..i think alot of people that are "christians" these days are scared they are going to hell so they getthelable as being a christian as kind of a comfort..im not saying everyone is like this, i', not trying to offend anyone. But from what i hear when people talk it'sas though people are trying to find a way to be sure they will go somewheregood in the after life..Idk it's all crazy and confusing and we willnever no the truth untill we die.

as you know garrett, i am a self-proclaimed atheist! I'm sick of hearing about people who proclaim that homosexuality is sin against God, but then they go over to some country and are caught having sex with 7 year old boys. To some abortion is murder, but the death penalty is wide open. I think that religion has diluted society. We have become so sectional and fanatical about it that we can't see the big picture anymore. The virtue has been all but sucked out of religion and while some people are able to sincerely believe in what they preach, most just go to church on Easter so they won't be subject to THE ETERNAL FIRES OF HELL. "Faith" comes in many different forms, toward many different things. I have faith in my life. Faith in myself, my family, and my friends. That's all the faith I need.

Not all types of Christianity ban homosexuality. Quakers are much more liberal. Do some research on them, and you might be surprised as to what you see.

He you...first of all, lots of poeple probably disagree with me on this, but no one can really be a true athiest...Because in order to be an athiest, you have to acknowledge that God exist...so say you don't believe in Him...So, no one is really an athiest. This could be a long drawn out entry, but I'll make it short. I'll be honest, I'm a true Christian. Yea I make mistakes, everyone does...but we can be forgivin...I personally have never told anyone to go to hell. That's just rude. But I do believe there is two places that poeple(their heart) can go when they die..Heaven or hell. The reason is just faith. Thats how I believe...When someones talking to you on the phone...and they tell you something, you dont say "i dont believ you because I cant see it" Thats because you have faith in that person. Well I have faith in God, becuase he speaks to me through that bible and other people. You can choose who to have faith in...or you can choose to have none at all...Its your choice, I've chosen mine, becuase he's the only one who has never ( ... )

that first bit was really confusing. How can not believing in god's presence make you acknowledge his presence?
