Well, it is Uniquely Singapore, and hence reported in the international press. But certainly not the uniqueness one would want to be famous for!
What I find interesting is that in the local papers (as another commenter pointed out on the Telegraph article) the outcome of the mediation is that in addition to only cooking curry when the Chinese family is out, the Indian family requested the Chinese family to try the dish not as the Telegraph reports that the "Chinese family promised to try the dish". A journalistic attempt at 'balancing' the article perhaps? What I want to know, is whether the Chinese family eventually tried the curry and what they thought of it!
