I use tunebite, and it's fantastic. I mainly convert to MP4, but it does everything.

Thank you. Yeah, an MP4 format is what I'm interested in as well.

if all you want to do is watch a video in a weird format, VLC player is the best - plays everything. I don't know about the actual conversion though.

I have some vids I want to change to MP4 so I can put them on my iPod. :)
