This is one of my very favorite stories of all time, I think I've read it about a half a dozen times now, and one of the major reasons I've fallen in love with Rodney!

This hit me completely out of the blue. I wander around various LJs and sites looking for fic, save a set, and then read it on the train to and from work during the week. I had to stop halfway through, but kept on reading as long as possible as I walked out of the tube station and to my office.

What I found perplexing about it is that the style of the writing would have driven me bananas in a published novel, but it worked beautifully here.
