I thoroughly enjoyed this! I was a bit hesitant about the Dawn/Daniel pairing because of the age difference, but I can definitely see it working with the clone twist you added. I hope you'll be continuing this at some point.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!

I'm usually hesitant about Dawn/Daniel fics myself for the same reason-- she's still so young when canon ends, and Daniel's more than twenty years her senior.

However, I have a soft spot for poor abandoned mini-Jack; I thought it was only fair he get at least one mini-team-member as well, and voila! Perfect scenario for meeting Dawn! =)

I'm working on a continuation for this right now.

Brilliant! Really, really good. I totally agree with the whole "Jack would be so very, very lonely as a 45 year old trapped in a 16 year old body" story - come on, he would have gone crazy being surrounded by teenage girls all day! So having "Nick" there as a barrier and companion is a great idea. I really hope you continue this, it doesn't feel ended to me, more like a really enticing prologue.

I always feel sorry for the abandoned characters on shows like this-- mini!Jack, Jonas, the Ascended Abydonians, etc. =)

I do intend to post more of this, at some point, after I clear my backlog of promised stories. I'm glad you liked it!

Please continue with this, I'd love to read more..
I love anything to do with Dawn and Daniel, and this has got to be best piece I've read since I've been reading SG1/BtVS x-overs (A little over a year).

Wonderful job, keep going!

Thank you for the comment! I had so much fun writing in this AU. I do have about 800 more words of a continuation written, but other commitments have kept me busy. I hope to get back to it soon.
