I actually watch this show in a detached fashion (while also reading email) because it's in HD and is pretty (in terms of effects), but mostly because I like Robert Carlyle and think he's a brilliant actor. I stop typing when he's on screen. I'm interested in exactly TWO of the characters, and I couldn't tell you the names of half the others, including the character played by the actor whose mother is causing such hilarity on-line. I think there's worse TV out there and the episode 'Human' actually made me stop typing altogether, but yeah, TPTB, and thingummymajig's mother need to get over themselves, it seems.

The funniest thing is, in regards to my tweets, I hadn't even mentioned him! By name or character! It was a generalised "I think SGU sucks" kind of tweet. LOL!

Seriously, lady, get over yourself. People are allowed to dislike stuff in a franchise. Ever heard of this little set of sci-fi movies called Star Wars??
