ok well first of all i let out a very loud 'ARE YOU KIDDING ME?' when daniel passed out. just so you know. ;)

as usual your characterization is great! very believable!

Ouch.. I had a feeling it was coming (because when have they ever done things the easy way?) Still though, I think it's starting to get through to Daniel by now..

Drunk!sleepy!Daniel is too funny. And Vala is too cute taking care of him. The kiss was unexpected but perfect, drunk!sleepy Daniel seem to also be sneaky. *G* And seriously, what a kiss. *winks* and more. Very sneaky drunk!Daniel. I approve.

When he fell asleep - LOL, perfection!! Drunk!horny!sleepy!Daniel is still drunk and sleepy after all. But the snuggling was oh so cute. As was the morning after, until: "Daniel," she said, interrupting him, "it's clear to me you're not at all comfortable with what's happened." because ACK!! Seriously, damn Vala for knowing Daniel so well. But the whole bit the room was lovely, so I cling to that. Also: He had never thought himself one to be so in denial, especially about himself. *snorts* Oh Daniel.

What have you done!! I am so completely enraptured in this story! I had to read the next chapter immediately this morning when I woke up. Curse you and your lovely fic! *shakes fist*

So first off...

Favorites: (though let's be honest...i could just repost your whole fic)

*Vala quietly watching Daniel after he passed out. So tentative and afraid of being hurt, but her affection and love keeping her there.

*The morning after, bedroom scene. How I loved Daniel's POV in this one. Every blink, every grunt, every groan, every word felt so completely IC. I pictured MS doing all these things at every turn. And then I was incredibly disappointed because I realized I wouldn't actually get to see nearly naked MS play this scene out on the television screen. Only in my mind *sad face*

"Maybe you will be, someday, but until then..." she closed her eyes and drew in a deep breath, "well, until then, there's no point in pretending ( ... )
