Michael Shanks' "Saving Hope" Picked Up by CTV

Michael Shanks will be co-starring with Erica Durance in the new CTV television series Saving Hope!

It's being filmed in Toronto. The pilot will be the first of 13 1-hour episodes!

It has an interesting premise - with his being in a coma at the same time he's walking and talking like some kind of ghost.

It reminds me of Daniel's time ascended... ;)

That's an interesting question. Will he be roaming the halls in a hospital gown all season long, or will his clothes change depending on what he's observing? Like, a suit and tie for the professional side, a sports jacket for the casual side, scrubs for the surgeon side, or white doctor's coat for the consulting physician side?

Scrubs could be interesting -- bandana all over again! ;)

I'm so happy for him! I wonder how hard it will be for him to be in Toronto. And I hope this airs in the US, but if not I'll find a way to watch it anyway. :)

I was confused because I thought there was already a show on the air with that name, but it turns out that other show is called "Raising Hope."
