Banners: Round 1, Challenge 8

I just noticed that banners for 4 (!) challenges were never posted. Oops. My sincerest apologies for not noticing in a more timely fashion. Over the next several days, I'll be making banners for the winners and posting them.

I didn't even look to see who was assigned the banners. I would REALLY appreciate splitting the work. I am *not* a banner maker -- my brushes and textures are virtually all 100x100 -- and I feel guilty giving someone an "eh" banner with her really cool icon on it. :)

The remaining Challenges needing banners are 13, 17, and 18.
