Ohhhhh he's so cute! Poor mouse. I can't believe that someone picked up the box and shook it - that's so horrible. Even if they don't think that a baby mouse is important, it was obviously important to you, and they should have respected your wishes too.

Hello Darlin' I am so sad to hear about the poor little mouse and the "shaking prick". You know what they say, "What comes around, goes around". You must know that it all comes back 10-fold and his punishment from higher beings will be worse than what he dealt the poor helpless mouse. I am not gonna name it for a few days probably, if I do name it I will get way more attached than I already am and then if it dies ill go nuts :(

It probably is--mouses are far from the top of the food chain, so their babies can't be helpless for very long. I doubt that baby is older than a week, if that old. Probably just a few days.

The only thing I can suggest is make sure it stays warm, and take it to the vet. It won't be able to survive in the wild if it doesn't have a mouse-mommy to raise it (most likely) so you'll have to get it shots and stuff. @_@ I want a cute mousy...
