That is actually marinated mung bean jelly... There are pics of individual dishes with names on my flickr page :o)

It was a great meal....sharing amongst friends makes the meal all the better..... I can't wait for the Hot Pot pix...

i'm reaching for the milk and slices of white bread as i view the pictures.
