He loves me, he loves me not

Does Timin love me?

He climbs into my lap, curls up and goes to sleep.

When I go to bed, he walks over to my pillow. Sometimes, we touch noses. Or if I'm petting him on the head, he reaches over and pats me. And sometimes he licks my hair clean.

Am I just anthropomorphising his behaviour?

cat, timin

Don't forget to tie a bell to a string and hang it from the ceiling.

I should buy a new bell and do that.

I've been told that when a cat licks you, it's a definite sign that they consider you family.

I think it's arrogant to assume homo sapiens are the only ones that love. So, no, I don't think you are. :)

Phew.

For a while I was thinking that it was arrogant to presume that I could read his feelings.

Wow, I was wondering how that cat was doing.

Remember- "Dogs have owners, cats have staff"

Timin probably thinks of you as a beloved servant, with tasty hair.
