Kaju katri is an Indian sweet that is made from clarified butter, powdered sugar, and ground cashews. It is presented by rolling it out into slabs to dry, and then cutting it into little diamonds.

Although it is pretty to top the dessert with edible silver leaf, that's only for garnish and not necessary for flavour.
