Made a nice Rosh Hashana dinner for friends last night -- chicken soup with knoedle, home-baked challah, roast beef, sweet-potato/carrot fry, polish caramelized cabbage, and blueberry pie.  It was fun.  I've taken to chanting the RH kiddush with the RH Maariv nusach, and that was pretty and well-received ( Read more... )
