vicki we cant just get people to join..its obviously their choice, we can promote, but no one can guarantee an applicant....

whats the point of giving points for promotio if no one ever comes

well you cant get people to promote, and you cant give a deadline for new applicants!! why dont you just put the community on hold and promote to a lot of promoting communities, and other peoples' journals.. then you can see what happens from there....

umm i HAVE done a lot of promoting, no one looks at promoting communities, and when you promote for the application and just say blah i had to do this.. it shows that gee dont join this community.. but maybe if the promotions were positive people would join..

this isnt the only community who does these things
