Fuji idly stared in the teachers direction during english class. He didn't really need to pay attention and it wasn't like anyone was going to reprimand him. For one thing, no one was able to tell if he was paying attention or not. Unlike Eiji who seemed to be reading a manga inside of his upside down English book but Fuji couldn't be sure. Eiji snickered as the note landed on top of his book, covering up the manga he'd been reading. He opened the note, grabbed his pencil and wrote a small note back.

It's a shonen manga I borrowed from my brother. Why do you ask?

Fuji looked the note over and checked on their English teacher. Oblivious as always. Bringing out one of his orange gel pens, reserved specifically for notest to Eiji, Fuji wrote a reply.

Bored. Mou, and I can't even use the time to nap. Not tired.

It was a little known secret, as in only Eiji knew, that Fuji liked to nap in his boring classes. Not that anyone could tell.

Eiji opened the note again, replacing the pencil with a forest green gel pen. It was one Fuji had given him, there'd been duplicates in the package. He smiled as he saw what Fuji had written.

Bored? Me too. It's the reason I'm reading the manga. The first volumes in my bookbag if you want to read it.

The redhead was on the third volume, so he didn't see why Fuji couldn't start the series too. It had samurai and ninjas and well...everything!
