SHINee - Lucifer
As excited for the MV (seeing as the album just came out, so...) I'm still VERY curious about the title song. Lucifer... I dunno SM, it's a bit controversial in a religious aspect. You're just lucky pretty much half of Korea is atheist. I saw a little comment on it and was a bit curious. For some reason, even if I go to a CATHOLIC school, they never told us about Lucifer. Well, they did, but not 'Lucifer'. It's another name for Satan if anyone was curious. Or maybe they mean Morning Star? Cause that's the other definition....
But the song isn't too bad. Thankfully of all bands out there, SHINee probably sounds the best with auto-tune (or one of the best). And it should be interesting. We'll see.
Unfortunately I don't know them enough to give you a play-by-play of each of them. I can't pick out their voices that well. Except for Jonghyun... Ish...
As for the other songs.... Up & Down is just downright annoying to me (but I'll probably end up downloading and skipping it more than I listen to it) I can't even finish this one....
Electric Heart is good. Follows their R&B a bit more. Why not? That's been SHINee's style from the beginning. I like how it reminds me a bit of... Well, I would say Spain, but there's too many drums. I guess maybe Central America? Keke... Ah! And as I listen, I see just how many songs there are! =_= This will be fun. I'll have to keep going 'till past 12. Greeeat.
Onto A-yo! Ooooh, I like this one! I was afraid they would stray from their usual R&B style songs... BUT THEY DIDN'T! *Does little dance* Nice song, though. Sounds like some of their older stuff, which is nice. At least there's a mix of fresh and the usual.
Obsession... I like this one too. I don't know why I explain it like this, but it sounds risqué. Or adventurous... Keke... But I love the more powerful songs like this. And what's this? A guitar solo? That's.... different... I think...
LOL, Quasimodo... Interesting song title. Sounds like it will get powerful just from the beginning. But... It only gets powerful near the end. Oh well, it's still good ^^
And random intermission to listen to Geng's new song. I've become more and more of a Gengfan. Its all your fault, lady_mizera ANYWAYS! Once this is over I will get back to my SHINee analysis (if you can call it that)
SHOUT OUT!!!!! I have to admit, the monkey in the beginning kind of scared me. I think I might have a spontaneous fear of monkeys. They're jsut creepy... Enough about monkeys... Hey, hey, I think we get it, you'll give up... Not a good attitude. Unless you were saying 'I don't give up'... Ugh, I can't understand ANYBODY singing in English these days!
WOWOWOW. ^^ Makes me feel happy! Reminds me of something you would hear in a Disney movie! I can't quite put my finger on what song it reminds me of. Either it's Lion King or Jungle Book... And then my computer decides to be icky and won't load the rest of the song =_= Everything wants to be slow today....
Okay, fixed. For now at least. Still makes me think of Disney, but it's funky! And different! And I'm pretty sure NO Disney people sing like the boys from SHINee do. Well, so far, this is probably my favourite song of the album!
Your Name. I completely forgot it was playing while trying to find downloads. Which I can't... ;__; Very calming. Sounds like something I could jut turn down the volume a bit and add it to my 'Bed Time Songs' alongside several other SHINee songs... And the TRAX... Odd, I know.
I'm ready for Life! That was beyond cheesey =_= And it sounds like another Bed Time Song! I actually like those. They calm me down when I'm hyper, help me sleep, and calm me down when I'm hyper! I already said that, didn't I? Oh well. Well, it's not helping when I'm about to fall asleep on the keyboard... But I will pull through! Even if it brings me to 1 in the morning! It's summer, so why does it matter?

Next is Ready Or Not (Here I come!!! =_= Ignore me) and I'm praying that it won't kill me... *Sighs in relief* It's waking me up! ^^ YAY! I like it. Reminds me of more Indian music! (Like, India Indian... Because so many people think Natives for whatever reason...) They should totally be saying 'Are you Ready or Not?' And then 'Cause here I come!'

I'm skipping the rest of this cause I want to get it over with. Good song though! A little bit boring compared to some of the others, but... Yeah. Definitely a going on the Bed Time Songs list.
Didn't they already have a song called Love Still Goes On? And it sounds the same.... Except not as... like... Well, SHINee. It's like an... electric version? Well, ish. It sounds a BIT different. But... IT IS THE SAME THING! I KNEW IT! Why? It was such a good song before? ;__; Still good, Waking me up to rant about it at least. =_= Just my luck it's the last one... I like the first version better.
Alright, so what did I get out of this? Don't listen to full albums and do a write up of sorts on it at midnight-1:00 in the morning. Baaaad idea. Or at least drink coffee while I'm doing it.
What else? WOWOWOW is my favourite of all of them. And SHINee sounds good signing Disney! ^^
