Yeah, porn actors are paid to give you an unrealistic view of sex. The people in porn are blow-dried, made up, with ridiculous bodies that you get only with movie-star workouts every day. They get in ridiculous positions that have only been invented for the camera, not for the enjoyment of the participants, and they hold it for hours every day, sometimes freezing in place for the still cameras to take some pics for the box cover. There's surgery, makeup, lighting tricks, possibly photoshop too! Real people simply can't keep up, because they don't have sugar daddies in film studios to pay for all that!

Hard-bodied wrestlers are also paid professionals. They make sure they're in outstanding shape and most of their moves have no place in outside-the-ring hand-to-hand combat, but it looks like mano-a-mano war thanks to camera angles, crowd noise, and screaming announcers.

Hello,

Thankfully, there are wrestlers of many shapes and sizes that I can admire.

I think because I've been totally fat, lazy, and out of shape for the majority of my life, I never paid much thought to well developed men. Yes, I noticed them and admired them. I never thought I could become like them though. Now that I am in decent shape, I want to be ripped like those porn stars and athletes.

I know how to be handsome and good looking. I could pull that off when I was fat.

Before I die (or become to old for my body to change) I would like to be HOT! SEXY! Women want him. Men want to be him. That kind of guy.

And I get depressed, which makes me fall into bad eating habits, which makes it harder for me to keep the weight off.

Argh!

Thanks for your input. I appreciate your input. I feel a bit better.

I'm trying to exercise for the right reasons. It used to be that I exercised to look good, and once I hit that plateau I would get depressed and back-slide. Now I work out because it feels good. I enjoy the burn and the energy. I keep focused on that and I know that the looks will come in time.

I bought several new pairs of jeans that fit. I'm noticing people looking at me more now.
