I decided to go to con. I'm going to drive - couldn't find any reasonable airfare anyhow. Should take me about 13 - 14 hours. And.... since they made several announcements they needed someone to perform Emily I put my name in. I had parts of the costume already, and the wig. Either way, I think it's good that you're taking a trip--you've been dealing with a lot lately.

LOL, yeah. Someone bought my ticket anonymously and I really would love to see all my friends. Not looking forward to the 14 hour drive, but it will be nice to get out of Houston.

My husband and Katie, a caregiver, will be checking on my mom daily -but I'm sure she's fine at the rehab place. She's been there over a month now. She's walking a little on her own - but mostly with a walker for stability.
