silly brain wants a hobbit costume

So now I have a burning desire for a hobbit costume - womans of course!  For Bris'nova.  If I'm a good little girl and eat all my vegetables (ie keep my decluttering & real life sewing on track) I can make one.  I had a quick squizz at my post from almost 4 years ago ... about there being more than Rosie Cotton.

So need to figure out how to do
