Tuesday Movie (#39) : BoyTown

I enjoyed this much more than I expected.  BoyTown is an aussie comedy that takes the piss out of 80's boy bands.  Glenn Robbins possibly better known overseas as Kel from Kath n Kim; and who also played Pete O'May (Janie O'May's ex husband) in Lantana.

And I had zero idea that Human Nature had just released a new album  & toured. Would have made

Dave and I are wanted to see this, but we didn't get a chance to catch it at the movies! We listen to Tony Martin and Mick Molloy's shows as podcasts, and they did a lot of interviews with everyone. We just love the idea of it! lol

It was worth seeing. And I wonder who had the idea first, Mick Molloy or Human Nature. Cos both a film & a tour take a wee bit of organising.

Though I can say that it was worth seeing as I see a film most weeks. Gotta love "half price" Tuesday, even if it's closer to 60%. I haven't rented a DVD for about 4 years :-o
