She who remains nameless had better be sitting down, cos last night I finished the briefs for my 2 piece togs. Yessss, they're big nanna nicker style cos that's what I wanted. It's for swimming in the ocean / pool and I want britches I don't gotta worry about being hauled at by waves.

( Substance not style is what I need. )

I know, and they fit even though I patterned & cut out when I was about 5kg lighter!!!

I bought teh fabric in January 2006, did the pattern stuff in January 2007, and then sewed 2 seams. Wayy back in Jan 2008 I sewed the 2 side seams and now in Jan 2009 they finally are finished.

Not that I'm counting, much.

Oh well hey, the more you can get done the better. I love the sense of accomplishment. I am on holidays this week for the sole purpose of getting some sewing done in preparation for the year. So far so good.
