I would've loved these more with higher quality lace, but they do look good overall. I'm pretty impressed.

I totally agree with your lace comment, since I bought the lace at Joann's and Walmart since it's what I have in my town lol. Any suggestions on other places like websites where I can buy better quality lace? I've been looking at the Simplicity website, but I'm not sure about how soft the lace would be.

Ah, I know what you mean. I've given up shopping for lace in person, I can only find cheap stuff in my town too.

Normally I get my lace from taobao, using spreenow/taobaonow shopping services.

The shop I like has a lot of nearly-replica lace, though, the difference is they don't put the brand name on their lace:

I've got a small amount of stuff from there, and it's pretty soft. Some of the pinks are peach instead though, so that's something to look out for. Other than the part about the lace being near-replicas, I mean.

The rest of the time I trawl through a lot of taobao and eBay shops. Taobao makes more sense to ship my country, though.

I never knew about taobaonow/spreenow, so thanks! I always wondered how lolitas in America and Europe got Taobao items.
