So I'm not sure if this has been asked before, or even if it belongs here, but I figured I'd ask anyway.  Where do you buy border print fabric? Or any place that has lolita-esque fabric or even just classic stripes or checkerboard or harliquin patterns.  And is there anywhere you've had bad experiences with

Fabric.com has lots of loli-able cotton prints. This collection is a good place to start, as is a search for "border" to see their selection of border prints.

For more distinctly lolita fabrics, Sweet Rococo on Etsy is a good shop.
