So pretty! I love the striping and the way the bodice fits. Did you just kind of wing this or what? It's a really lovely fit.

I pretty much winged it. I used an old sheet to get the rough shape (since I didn't want to have side seams or anything), then copied it and ran with it. The fit is all due to the shirring, so I'm happy it worked out.

Do you have any tips on shirring? My machine won't do it regardless of how carefully I wind the bobbin, so I'm beginning to think it's either my top thread or my needle size. Yours is so well done!

Are you hand winding the bobbin? Also, how many lines are doing doing before being displeased? It's going to take at least 5-10 to make it look anywhere near right.
