I love the gingerbread cookies they make at Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia. You need at least one more cup of flour and I use half bleached flour and half whole wheat.

Just, common European Q, how large is a 'cup'. A coffee mug? Smaller?
Oh, they are. Simple common cookie dough. Take half put cocoa in in, flap the two rolled half onto each other , roll, cut, bake. Hmm. I think I put 3 drops of orange oil into the white dough. :D Yum!
