Right. I'm about 16 years past my TOS trivia prime, but I do recall that Spock was a good deal older than Kirk. The relevant parts of my internal HD have been rewritten since (save for some minor shit which is so obscure that no human brain cell should actually bother with it) and filled with other - equally fannish stuff. Christ, but did I love the gang... *wavers in her recent resolve to somehow get rid of the huge box of TOS novels in the basement*
Hmm, both wikipedia and the alpha star trek wiki thing say that Spock's born either 2230/31. And Kirk in 2233. So, yeah, Spock's older but not by much.
In fact, *geek*, he should be considered being younger due to the lonevity of Vulcans.
