I was supposed to be doing other things tonight, but it's my "me me me" day so I don't feel too guilty that instead of being productive, I made icons. I looooves making icons, even though I don't have any fancy doo-dads to make 'em with, and they're generally pretty sucky compared to most. But they're MINE. We've heard that. How short is short, though? phluphee, have you met him? If so, what kind of experience are we in for? Jen wants to bring items to have him sign them..

How short is short, though?
he's about 5'10" - short and stalky...i saw him a few years ago and plastered against the stage. i saw every detail on his body and his sweat up dripping on my face. when he plays with the rollins band he wears these really skimpy black shorts and does that squat stance. so, i was like staring at his chest the whole time.

he's not very friendly. or in my experience. my sister and i got backstage passes from his opening band, and we were hanging out backstage. he didn't want to talk to anyone and when he played his bodygaurd took our camera and video camera from us. he told the club that no one was allowed to take images of him while he was on stage. plus, he is infamous for getting pissed off at anyone who mentions his involvement with Black Flag. i knew some other press people who have met him and said he was kind of a dick. i don't know what he's like at his spoken word shows. maybe he's nicer *shrugs*

5'10" isn't short! Is it? I'm 5'4" and that's short. Here I was picturing Henry as some Danny DeVito type. hee!

Thanks for the info. His messages to his fans at his site are very positive, but he certainly seems to have an attitude. I'm glad you mentioned Black Flag as that's the only thing I know him from. Now I know not to start quoting "Beat My Head Against the Wall". LOL I understand the venue confiscating video, but cameras are a bit much. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how he feels about people hangin' at the tour bus for autographs. I hope for Jen's sake that he's not a goof.

aflutter with excitement?? heehee i am way more than aflutter :) i will have to show you how my camera works as you will be the photographer of the evening providing mr.rollins approves i cant wait i cant wait i cant wait i will be counting down the days thanks again for accompanying me :) :)
