What I Just Finished Reading: Another very successful week, with only 1 stinker. I read 5 books: Best Tales of the Apocalypse edited by DL Snell; the Awakened trilogy by James S. Murray and Darren Wearmouth, and Cold Snap: A Viking Cat Mystery by Codi Schneider. Reviews below.

I can only handle so much Impractical Jokers. The secondhand embarrassment I get from watching is too much. That said, the 'name' on my journal - Stevia Flunt - comes from one of their challenges. I can handle the ones where they just have to call out weird names like Cranjis McBasketball.

Anyway - glad you had such a good reading week. Will have to pick up the books you mentioned as I like Murr.

Lastly, I loved The Secret Lives of Country Gentlemen! There's a sequel, but I haven't read it yet.
